International Speedway Masters – Frequently Asked Questions

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support, in relation to the staging of the two-night Ikon Suspension International Speedway Masters, presented by Ray White Gawler, at Gillman Speedway, on December 27 and 28.
We thought it appropriate to publish a list of FAQs (frequently asked questions); in case people planning on attending the event, require clarification, on any key points.

# Event Schedule:
- Night One – Darrin Treloar Cup, Presented by Ray White Gawler, plus CBS Bins Sidecar Stampede.
- Night Two – Leigh Adams Medal, Presented by Ray White Gawler, plus Australian Motors Solo Young Guns
# Online Tickets: General Admission Tickets can be purchased at – www.ticketebo.com.au/speedwaymasters
# VIP Tickets: VIP & Ultimate Race Fan Packages can also be purchased at - www.ticketebo.com.au/speedwaymasters
# Tickets at the Gate: Yes, tickets will also be available both nights, at the entry gates.
Note: The online ticket price IS NOT available when choosing to pay for tickets at the gates. Two-night pass discounts (online prices only) are NOT available when paying at the gate. When paying at the gate, each night shall require a separate ticket purchase.
# Ticket Information/FAQ’s:
- Children 5 years and under are Free and require no ticket.
- Concession applies to current Defence Force, Pension/Aged, Disability and Students with a valid card holder.
- Tickets sold are non-refundable but are transferable to other people.
- NOTE: Please be advised should an unforeseen weather event lead to the cancellation/abandonment of the event due to rider safety concerns, on either night after racing has started no refunds will be issued if 50% - or 12 races - on the main feature program have been completed. This will be deemed an event.

# Opening Time: Gates Open – 2.30pm Competitors (Gate 2) and 3.30pm General Admission (Gates 1 and 2). VIP’s Legends Lounge and Ultimate Race Fan ticket package holders enter via Gate 1.
# Practice: The competitors racing in the main event will be allocated a short practice session commencing at 5.00pm.
# Main Event Start Time: Rider Parade @ 6.45pm - Racing Starts @ 7.05pm - Concluding at approx.10.30pm.
# Main Event Format: 20 heats, 2 x Semi-Finals, plus Grand Final. The top 2 point scorers, at the completion of the heats, are seeded directly into the Grand Final….. and are joined by the winner of each semi-final.
# BYO Alcohol: BYO Alcohol is Strictly Prohibited. Bags/Eskys/Cars and Vans will be checked at the point of entry. Collection of any alcohol brought to the venue will be returned once the event has concluded. No glass can be brought into the venue.
# Smoking: Due to Government legislation, no smoking or vaping is allowed at this venue.
# Pets: No animals are allowed in the venue except assistance animals, EG: guide dogs.
# BAR Service: YES - The event includes bar facilities.
# Hot Food Vendors: The event will provide for numerous food outlets located around the venue. Food includes; hot chips, hamburgers, chicken burgers, pies, pasties, sausage rolls, chiko rolls, dim sims, hot dogs, doughnuts, coffee, cold drinks, sweets.
# Public Parking: There is limited car parking within the venue and within the car park area, located adjacent to GATE 2 off Wilkins Road. There is also ample street parking outside the venue.
VIP Legends Lounge & Ultimate RACE Fan ticket holders will have designated parking within the venue, beside the designated competitor parking area and must enter via GATE 1.
# Disabled Parking: There is disabled parking available for disabled badge holders only. Enquire at the entry gate upon arrival.
# Public Toilets: There are plentiful toilets located around the venue.
# Reserved Grandstand Seating (Back straight in front of pits): The grandstand is reserved for Ultimate Race Fan package ticket holders only. There are numerous other areas, providing an elevated view of the on-track action, including the spectator terraces and grass hills. We recommend that you bring a fold-up chair.
# Rain Date: December 29, 2024 (at the discretion of promoters).
# Official Merchandise: There will be official Ikon International Speedway Masters event merchandise available for purchase.
# Commemorative Event Program: A souvenir, full colour, 32-page event program can be purchased from numerous locations around the venue, including the entry gates.
