Paul Caslick flat track training school at Gillman Speedway - October 2014
October 9, 2014 by Gillman Media
Australia’s most senior flat track coach, Paul Caslick, will be holding training schools at Gillman Speedway on November 29 and 30.
Saturday, 29 November will be for junior riders, and Sunday, 30 November for seniors.
Each day will go from 9am until 4pm, and will provide the full package for riders, including information on bike preparation, practice, budgeting, planning and goal setting, physical training, mental preparation and more, including on track riding.
Mildura’s Nick Waters and another coach will also be attending so there will be ample 1 on 1 training and coaching.
There will also be a limit of only 15 riders each day.
To nominate, riders need to go to the Gillman Speedway website Nominations page and fill out the on-line nomination form, selecting either Junior Flat Track or Senior Flat Track from the drop-down menu under “Class of racing you are nominating for”.
The cost is $150 which can be paid on the day but organisers have requested riders do not enter and then not turn up as with a strict limit of 15 riders, anyone not turning up will have stopped someone else from being able to attend.
