Sidecar Grand Slam TV special this Wednesday night - July 2014

The 2013/14 Speedway Sidecar Grand Slam Series will be featured on television in a one hour special this coming Wednesday night, 30 July.

The program will comprise a review of all the rounds staged in the 2013/14 tournament as well as exclusive highlights of the series grand final from Adelaide’s Gillman Speedway Stadium.

The show will also contain some special segments that will provide viewers with a unique insight into the action packed sport of speedway sidecar racing.

The one hour program will be screened at 8.30pm EST on the Speed Channel’s Chequered Flag show appearing on Foxtel and Austar nationally.

Meanwhile, the event schedule for the 2014-15 Grand Slam Series has been announced and Gillman Speedway will host two of the rounds, round three on 31 January, and round four on 21 March.

Once again the Grand Slam will feature the world’s best speedway sidecar riders from across Australia doing battle with teams from England and New Zealand, and this season possibly America.
