Here’s some more photographs from the Gillman Speedway Classic Championships before we move on tomorrow with news of next week’s opening meeting of the summer season, sponsored by Eagle Fuels.

British Sidecar class: Tony West-Robert Brown (red) and Clinton Crabb-Rick Smith. More riders with family speedway ties. West, himself a former Rowley Park rider, is the son of the 1958 and 60 SA Champion Mal West; Crabb is the son of former North Arm rider Nipper Crabb; and Smith is the son of Bruce Smith who has the unique history of starting his career in Stockcars before moving onto a Solo at Rowley Park.
