Next Gillman Speedway meeting on 13 September - September 2014

The second (and last) of two winter meetings at Gillman Speedway will take place in just less than a fortnight, on Saturday 13 September.

Racing will start at around 12 midday, with admission for spectators $10 and full bar and catering with plenty of hot food and drinks will be available.

Nominations close this weekend but already there are a good number of entries in several of the classes, including the Modern Sidecars which will see Mark Plaisted and Trent Headland appearing in preparation for the upcoming summer season.

Early Solo nominations include Robert Medson, back after missing the first winter meeting through illness, and Queensland’s Matt Day.

The next full scale meeting after this winter meeting will be the annual Gillman Classic Championships meeting on 25 October. Supplementary regulations for the Classic meeting are expected to be on the Gillman Speedway website (nomination page) within the next day or two.
